The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Pancras
on the said County
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands
and Seals of

Esquires two
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and for the City and Liberty
of Westminster
in the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Twentieth day of April last

and

his Wife with their Two lawful begotten Children
to Wit
Elizabeth< no role >
aged five Years or thereabouts and
Mary< no role >
Aged Seven Months or thereabouts Were Ordered to be
Removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of St. Martin
in the fields
within the Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid to the
said Parish of St. Pancras
as the place of the last legal
settlement of the said Michael Jones Frances his Wife and their
said two children whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication and Order of the said
tow Justices and Pray that your Worships will be
pleased to appoint 8 Day in this present Session
for the hearing and determining the said Appeal
