Richard Way Cock< no role > of Leather Lane in the County
of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and saith
that he this Deponent did on the fourteenth day of
May last past personally serve the Respondent
William Hyde< no role > Esquire with a true Copy of an
sessions of the peace for the County of Middlesex are
the Twenty fourth day of April last Whereby is
by the said Margaret Walton< no role > Amelia Brown and
Jane Walton against a Conviction under the
Haud and Seal of the said William Hyde< no role > dated
the Sixteenth day of April last should be saved
unto them and the hearing and determining
thereof should be adjourned until the then
next General Quarter Session of the peace to
be holden for the said County of Middlesex
and on Notice thereof in the mean time to
be given to the said William Hyde< no role > Esquire
he and all preserve concerned should attaced
the said Court at the Session House for the
County aforesaid on Thursday the Ninth
day of July then next at the Hour of nine
in the forenoon of the same day to hear
and abide the Judgement and determination
of the said court touching the said Appeal
and this deponent at the time of such
service shewed the said risuicl Order
to the said William Hyde< no role > And this Deponent
further saith that he hath made diligent Inquiry and search for william
Brown
< no role > upon whose Information the Conviction above mentioned was made
Deponent hath made various Inquiries in Islington of which place the said
William Brown< no role > was as this Deponent hath been informed and believes in the
Information laid before the said William Hyde< no role > described to be but this their
Deponent could gain no Intelligence whatsoever of the said William Brown< no role >
or of his place of abode And this Deponent could not therefore serve him with
the said Order

day of July 1789
