in said Parish and County aforesaid Severally
make Oath as Follows And First this deponent Alexander
Weir< no role >
for himself Saith that he became Bail along with the
other Deponent Matthew Key< no role >
for the Appearence of the
above named Defendant in May Sessions last to Answer
to an Indictment Preferred by the above named George Sture
against the said George Ward Goodrick for an Assault And this
Deponent further Saith that he has made Enquiring for the
Place of Abode of the Prosecutor in Order to Serve him with
Notice of Tryal but cannot Possibly find out where he
resides And this Deponent Matthew Key< no role >
for himself Saith
that he was likewise bound for the Appearance of the
above named Defendant along with said Alexander Weir< no role >
for Defendants Appearance And has likewise repeatedly
made Enquiries for the above named Prosecutor in Order
to Serve him with Notice of Tryal to Answer the Complaint
of the Prosecutor but this Deponent Cannot find out the
residence of said Prosecutor
