TO all Constables, Headboroughs, and other His
MAJESTY'S Peace Officers and Ministers, within the
County of Middlesex : and to every of them whom
it may concern.

THESE are to will and require, and in His Majesty's
Name to charge and command you upon Sight hereof,
to bring before Us and other, of His Majesty's Justices of
Oyer and Terminer of the County aforesaid, at the Session
of Oyer and Terminer now holden at the Session House
on Clerkenwell Green in and for the said County,
the Body of Mary Platford< no role > late of the parish
of Saint Mary le bone in the County of Middlesex
Spinster to answer an Indictment found against her
at this present Session for Wilfull and Corrupt Perjury
if the Court be then and there sitting, or if not, before
Us or some other of His Majesty's Justices of Oyer and
Terminer , or Justices of the Peace of the same County,
to find sufficient Sureties for her Personal Appearance at
this Present Session, to answer the same and all such other
Matters as on His Majesty's Behalf shall be objected against
her And if she cannot be taken during this present
Session, That then so soon after as she shall be taken,
you bring or cause her to be brought before Us or some
other of His Majesty's Justices of Oyer and Terminer , or
Justices of the Peace of the same County, to find sufficient
Sureties for her personal Appearance at the next Session
of Oyer and Terminer, to be holden for the said County
to answer as aforesaid, and further to be dealt withal ac-
cording to Justice. Hereof you are not to fail at your
Perils. Dated in open Session at the Session House
aforesaid, this Twenty Sixth Day of October in the
Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred
and Ninety Eight

Defendant Do give Forty Eight hours
notice of Bail to the Prosecutor James
