15th October, 1798

You were bound to appear and prosecute William Snagers< no role >
at April
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but not ap-
pearing, Your Recognizance is become forfeited: and will be estreated
into the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution will proceed
for levying 20 Pounds on your Goods and Chattels unless
you stay proceedings by an Application for a Respite of the Recog-
nizance at the next Session, which will be held at the Session-House
aforesaid, on MONDAY, the Twenty-second Day of October Instant

Be there between the Hours of Ten and
Three and bring this Letter with you
or apply at my Office in the Mean time}
