Take Notice that I intend personally to be and appear
at the next general Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for the
County of Middlesex at the Sessions house on Clerkenwell Green on
Monday the Twenty Second day of October instant at Nine of the Clock
in the Forenoon of the same day, then and there to take my Trial
and plead Not Guilty to a Bill of Indictment by you preferred and found
against me at the last General Session of the peace for the said County.
For Assaulting Beating and Illtreating you Dated this 5th. day of
October 1798.
