Saith and first the Deponent Jane Saith that she did
Indict the above named Elizabeth Brown< no role > & had her Apprehended
on a Buck Warrant but upon the said Elizabeth Brown< no role >
begging Gardon have forgiven her and do now Discharge her
from all further proceedings in the said Cause and the said
Elizabeth Brown< no role > for herself Saith that she did Commit and
Assault on the said Jane Morris< no role > is Sorry for the
same & that she has this day begged her pardon and
Agreed to put an End to all further disputes
