Widdow Severally make Oath say And first this Deponent

for himself Saith That in May Session last at the Session House
Clerkenwell Green
in and for the said County of Middlesex
he was indicted by
the above named Margaret Morgan< no role >
for an Assault And this Deponent further Saith That
since the said Indictement was so preferred and found against him he has
paid unto the said Margaret Morgan< no role >
the Prosecutrix the Sum of Three
pounds fourteen shillings as a Satisfaction for such Assault committed by him
on the said Margaret Morgan< no role >
and that the said Margaret Morgan< no role >
doth consent
and agree that the Recongnizance of this Deponent and Hannah Dedricks
may be discharged And this Deponent Hannah Dedricks for herself
Saith That she was bailed for the above named Defendant That she has seen
and conversed with the above named Prosecutrix Margaret Morgan< no role >
who have
acknowledged that she has received the said sum of three pounds fourteen
shillings in discharge and Satisfaction for the Assault committed by the
