Indicted for
a Conspiracy

Samuel Miller< no role > of cornhill in the City London Shoemaker Maketh
Oath and Saith that in July Session last this Deponent causeed an
Indictureent to be Preferred and which was at the same Session Estumed
a time Bill against the abovenamed Defendants for unlawfully
Conspuring and agreeing together to hinder and present are Henry
Spink then being an [..] and Workman in the Art and Occupation
of a Shosemaker and employed by this Deponent in the Said Art and
Occupation from working and labouring any langer in the said art
and Occupation for this Deponent at the usual Rates and Prices for
which the Said Henry Sprink and other Aetificers and workman in
the Said Art and Occupation were and had been used and
accustands to work and labour and for inciting Soliating and
and [..] to persnade the said Henry Spink to lease the Service
and employ pof this Depoment and not to work and labour any langed
for him in the Said Art and Occupation at the usual and accustamed
Rates and Prices for which the Said Henry Sprink and other
Artificers and Workmen in the Said Art and Occupation were aand
had been used and accustamed the Eighteenth day of July last this Deponent
Appeared before William Bleamire< no role > Esquire one of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex at the Police
Offices in Hatton Garden and Entered into Recognizance in the Penal Sum of One Hundred Pounds
to prosecute the Said Inictment with Effect against the abovenamed
Defendants which Said Recogaizance was after wards returned
into this Haaaanomable Court and now remains affiled of Record
among the proceedings there of as this Deponent hath been
