Recognizance but hath not yet been Able to meet with
them or either of them And Deponent Saith that he hash
used every diligence and made numerous Enquiries
after the said Defendants and hath been informed that
the said Thomas Price< no role > had Entered into the Tower Hamlet
Milltin And had Deserted from thence Deponent saith
that he will continue to use his atmost Endeavours
by advertising a Reward for their Apprehension and
otherwise to procure the Attendance of the said Defendants
at the next Session And Deponent Saith he doth
verily believe that the Prosecutor of the said Indictments
doth not mean further to prosecute the same against
the said Defendants as the said Prosecutor told this
Deponent he did not want to hurt the said Defendants
or proceed any further against them but wished the
business was settled or words to that Effect.
