to Wit

An Inquisition Indented taken for our Sovereign Lord
the King at the parish of St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter
of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Westminster in the County of Middlesex , the Third
Day of Aprilin the Sixth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Saith
and so Forth, before Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentleman Coroner of our said Lord the King for the said
City and Liberty, on View of the Body of New born Male Child then and there lying Dead,
upon the oath of Thomas Clapham< no role > , Edward Langbridge< no role > , Nicholas Preston< no role > , Nathaniel Jackson< no role > , Robert
Carrett
< no role > , Richard Dowle< no role > , Edward Withers< no role > , David Davies< no role > , Walter Jones< no role > , John Yarrow< no role > , John Lock< no role > , William Oldfield< no role > ,
Wm King< no role > , Alexander Black< no role > , John Bushnell< no role > & Edward Taylor< no role > , good and lawfull Men of the said Liberty duly
Chosen who being then and there duly Sworn and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the King
when, how and by what Means the said New born Male Child came to his Death, do upon their
Oath say, That the said New Born Male Child on the Second day of April in the Year aforesaid
was found Dead in a certain Burying Ground situate and being in Mount Street , in
the Parish aforesaid, within the Liberty and County aforesaid, That no Marks of
Violence appeared on the Body of the said New born Male Chid, And that the said Male
Child hill Born I Witness whereof as well the said Coroner, as the said

of his said Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their Hands and
Seals, the Day and Year first above written
