That, John Cox< no role > on the 20. Jany. 1772 Accidentally reced
one mortal Fracture in his Forehead at the Parish of Kensington
of which he languished until the 30. day of the same Month at
St. George's Hospital in the Parish of St. George Hanor. Square within
the Liberty of Westmr . and there died of the said Fracture
