Deced and threw him down in the Road, and
that the Wheel of a Cart then passing above the
Road, went over both his Thighs and broke then
and said that the Deced was carried to St. George
Hospital , And this Dept. says that on Monday
Morning the Fourteenth instant he saw the
Deced at St. George's Hospital, when Dept. said
that he was very Sorry for the Accidently, and
Deced answered that it was a very bad one,
but did not charge any Person with having
wilfully caused it. And Dept. believes that the
hurt which he reced was Accidental. Says that
the Deced died on the 17th. Instant at St. George's
Hospital , and believes that it was in consequence
of the Thighs being broken as abovementioned.
