That Ann Thompson< no role > Accidentally fell down
Stairs in the dwelling House of Peter Fransom< no role >
in the Parish of St. George Hanr. Square within
the Liberty of Westmr. on the 14. day of
Novr. 1774 and there by reced a mortal Wound
in and upon the left side of her Head, of which
she died the same day at the Parish aforesaid.
