unknown Accidentally fell down in Palace Yard
and that the off Wheels of his Majesty's State Coach
Accidentally passed over the Deced whereby the Deced
reced a Bruise in his Body and a Wound upon the
right side of his Head, of which he died the same day
at the Westmr. Hospital in the Parish of St. Margaret
Westminster
