Informations taken this 16th.
day of February 1776 at the Parish
of St. George Hanover Square within the
Liberty of Westmr. in the County of
Middlesex upon an Inquisition touching
the Death of Mary Waite< no role > Clarklying dead
in the said Parish Liberty and County

George Charters< no role > House Surgeon at that George
Hospital in the Parish of St. George Hanr. Square
on his Oath saith That about three Week ago
or upwards Mary Waite< no role > Clark the Deced was brought
to said Hospital, having a Bruise on the left side
of her face, her left Thigh broke, and her left
arm likewise being broke, Says that she went
on well for some time in the Hospital, That
all proper care was taken after Deced in the
Hospital, but that she died there on Wednesday
Morning last (Feby. 14th.) and believes that her
Death was caused by the Fractures above-
mentioned.

John Gurt< no role > a Smith Servant to James Reddis< no role >
on his Oath saith, That one Day about three
weeks ago Dept. was at work in his Master's
Shop at Knightsbridge opposite to Mr. Haddock's
House, and saw the Deced standing on the
inside of her Master's Garret Window in the
Front, and looking through the Window the Window barg open Say
that he was at work and in about three Minutes
he saw her Standing in the Gutter on the
outside of the Window. a Little way from the
window, says that in a very few Minutes
