upon Oath this 19th. day of January 1792 at the
Dwelling House of Mr. Henry Fry< no role > Known by
the Sign of the Ship in Vine Street in the
Parish of St. John the Evangelist Westminster
Before Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentleman His
Majesty's Coroner for the City and Liberty of
Westminster , on View of the Body of JohnThomas
Walker

William Kinnick< no role > Servant to Mr. Higgs of Millbank Street
Westminster Lighterman on his Oath Saith that Tuesday
Night the 17th. of January instant about Eight o'Clock
Mr. Higgs told him he heard a Man Plunge into
the Water from off the Bank, and Deponent with others
went immediately, and in about four Minutes the Deceased
was got out of the Thames with Boat Hooks , and was taken
to Mr. Peter's the White Hart at the Horse ferry-Several
Surgeons were sent to, in about a Quarter of an Hour one
Mr.Waikes on Apothecary and Chymist came, and used
methods to endeavour to recover the Deceased for about two
