James Ewer< no role > aged about52fifty two Years on his
Oath says henever wasInterr Married with Elizabeth< no role >
his Wife at the Parish Church of Saint Olaves
Southwark in the Year One thousand seven hundred
and seventy three and by whom he has two Children
now living namely John< no role > aged upwards of three Years
and James< no role > aged upwards of one Year Says before his
Intermarr. with his said Wife and whilst he was a
Singleman he lived as a hired Yearly Servant with one
Mr. Drummond a Tobacconist in Butcher Row in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westmr .
for upwards of three Years at the Yearly Wages
of four Pounds besides Bed and Board hath quitted
his said Service upwards of thirty two Years ago
since which time he hath never gained any other
subsequent Settlement either by Renting house paying Taxes
or living a hired Yearly Servant for one Year
