This Condicon of this Obligacon is such That where the Churchwardens
above named Hugh Mills< no role > Francis Morlye< no role > Wm. Lawrence< no role > & John Seywell< no role >
Inerpeeres of the peace with the assent of two Justices of ye Peace
according to a statute in that Case made and provided Have putt Wm
Platt an Apprentice to the above bounden Thomas Langley< no role > and have
given with the said Apprentice the sume of three pounds sterling
therefore the above bounden Thomas Langley< no role > Henry Fox< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and Nathanieal Parker< no role >
or any of them or eyther or theire heires Executors. Admrs
Doe well and Sufficiently provided for keepe and maintaine the said
Wm Hatt in by and wth all and all manner of needefull & necessary
Master Drink washing Lodging apparrell Linnen and all other
necessarys meete and convenient for such an Apprentice dureing
this terme of Eight yeares Tind alsoe well and sufficiently save defend
Keepe harmelesse and indempnified the Churchwardens & Overseeres of
the poore & theire successors. And all the Inhabitants & Parishoners or
St Clement Danes which now are and here after shall be of and from
the Charge of keepeing and maintaining of the said Apprentice
dureing the said terme And of and from all Accons suites & taxacons
whatsoever which the said Parish or Parishoners of St. Clement Danes
shall or may incurre Justice or be put unto for or in respect of the
said Apprentice in any manner of wise men this obligacon to be
voyd due of none effect or else to be & remaine in full force
power and virtue
