Examination TextBrian Ward aged 71 years in the Workhouse of & in the Parish of St. Martin in the ffields on his Oath saith that he was a yearly hired Servant to Thomas Watson a Rabbett Dealer, in that part of Drury Lane which is in the Parish of Saint Martin in the fields within Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex aforesaid for the space of One Year at the yearly wages of Ten Pounds diet and Lodging quitted the same about thirty four years ago, that he hath not Kept House rented a Tenement of Ten Pounds by the year paid Parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired Servant in any one Place, since he quitted the Service of the said Thomas Watson. // Sworn the 4th Day of August 1786 Before John Collick // Brian Ward his Mark // D L Wd // Pr
