Examination TextJanet Henry aged Seventy one Years in the Workhouse of and in the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields on her Oath saith, that She is the Widow of James Henry who died about fourteen years ago, to whom she was married in Scotland thirty years ago; that her said Husband lived in and rented a House, in Bennetts Court near Marygold Court in the Strand for the Space of Eighteen Years at the yearly Rent of Ten pounds, besides Taxes and died while in Occupation of the said House, and then this Deponent continued to live in and rent the said House, at the aforesaid yearly Rent of Ten pounds besides Taxes, for the Space of about six years and quitted the Same, about a Year ago, since which Time, She hath not done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement. // Sworn this 4th Day of August 1786 Before John Collick // [signed Janet Henry] // SWd // P
