Examination TextMary Carr aged 29 years and upwards lodging at Mr Davis's in Moors Yard St Martin's Lane in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she is the wife of Robert Carr (gone abroad) to whom she was married at St Martin's Church in this Parish the 25th day of May 1750, that her said husband was bound an apprentice by an indenture for seven years to Mr John Lambert, a Carpenter near Charing Cross in the Parish aforesaid and there served all his time out, that since which he never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor been a yearly hired servant. Sworn the 29th day of October 1765 before Peter Planck.
