Examination TextWilliam Blogg aged 33 Years upon his Oath saith that he was bound Apprentice for Seven Years by Indentures bearing date the 21st October 1774 to William Wheeler of Parkers Lane in the Parish of Saint Giles in the ffields a a Coach Carver & years servant is said Master for the space of ffour years when his Master removed into the Strand facing Surry Street in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes & this Examinant with him where he served his said Master for the space of Two Years & upwards when is said Master Agate removed to the House of Mr Billings a Broker near Middlesex Court , Drury Lane in the Parish of Seeing Martin in the ffields and this Examinant with him and there served his said Master under the said Indenture from Christmas 1780 until the expiration of his Apprenticeship, since which he has not kept House rented Ten Pounds by the Year not done any act to gain a subsequent Settlement , that he was Married to his present Wife Jane at the Parish Church of Saint Marylebone Nov. 28th/85 by whom he had Three Children to wit Ann Amelia born Sepr 25th/86 Josiah born Aug 2d/88 & Sarah born Sepr 1st /90. Sworn this 28th Day of August 1793 before me John Collick William Blogg
