the several things which was taken from

on
Monday morning last, are this Deponents property
viz. a Silver Cream Jugg, two small Silver Spoons, and
a pair of Silver Sugar Tongues, and the said Ann
Wingrove for herself saith, that on Morning last, about
nine o'Clock, she had set the abovesaid things, on the
Tea Table for her Masters Breakfast, and while she
went down stairs into the Kitchen, which was not more
than five Minutes, when she Returned, met the

asked him, what he wanted, he stood and looked, but
made no answer, but after some time, he asked for
some Gentleman, but the name this Deponants has forgets,
he was told to go upon pair of Stairs and ask, but he
instantly went away, this Deponent then went into
the Parlour, and missed the above mentioned things, which
she had before set upon the
TeaTable for her Masters Breakfast,
she then immediately ran out after him and carried out
stop Thief, And the said
