Benjamin Sidey< no role > afterwards assigned his said Lease
unto the said Samuel Fielding< no role > , And that there is
Six Years yet to come in the said Lease to be
computed from Lady day last, And that the said
Fielding hath assigned or agreed to assign the said
Lease to the said James Baynham< no role > who hath
already laid out a considerable Sume of Money
upon the Premisses, and proposeth to Sell Wine,
Beer Ale and other Liquors therein and declareth
that he will lay out more Money in Improvement
of the Premisses, provided that the said Terme
of Six Years may be made up Twenty Yeares
from Lady day last and that in Order thereunto
he desires to Surrender up the said Lease,
and to take a New Lease of the Premisses
from the Trustees of this County for the Terme
of Twenty Years to comence from Lady day
last at the Rent of Twenty Pounds per Annum,
which proposall the said Referrees Submitt
to this Court, This Court upon Consideration
had of the said matter Is of Opinion that a
new Lease be granted of the Premisses by
the Trustees of this County unto the said James
Baynham (upon Surrendring the said former
Lease) for the Term of Twenty Years comencing
from Lady day last at the Yearly Rent of
Twenty Pounds Payable Quarterly at the
four most usuall Feasts, (Vizt.) the Feast days
of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist , St.
Michaell the Archangel, the Birth of our Lord
Christ and the Annunciation of the Blessed
Virgin Mary, by even and equall Portions,
And under such Provisoes and Covenants as
the Court Shall think reasonable and just,
