At the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middlesex at the Session House on
Clerkenwell Green the eighteenth day of October
in the twenty fourth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third and in the Year of
our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty
four.

It is Ordered by this Court That the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex have Notice of this
Appeal and that they and all Persons concerned do
attend this Court on Thursday next at Nine of the Clock in
the Morning to hear and Abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
