Take Notice that We the Defendants abovenamed
Intend in our proper persons Severally to be and appear at the
next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden at the
Sessions House Clerkenwell Green in and for the said County of
Middlesex on Monday the twenty Second day of October Instant
at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day then
and there we shall severally plead Not Guilty and at the
Same time take our Trial on the Indictment found against
us for the said Assault Dated the 16th. October 1798
