Ann Hales< no role > aged about twenty four years on her
Oath says she never was Married Rented house paid
Taxes or ever served any Apprenticesp Says she lived a
hired Yrly Servant with one Mrs- Cooksey in the Parish of
Saint Clements in the City of Worcester for upwards of one
year at the Yearly Wages of forty shillings hath quitted her
said Service about four Years ago since which time she hath
never gained any other subseqt- Settlemt- in London than
as before mentd- Says that on the 8th- day of July last
she was Delivd- of a Male Bastd- Child in the Workhouse
belongg- to the parish of St- Clemt- Danes which has since
been Baptized by the name of Andrew< no role > & is become
Chargeable to the said Parish she being poor & unable
to maintain the same and that one Mr- Andrew Parry< no role >
an Attorney at Law in Clements Inn in the Parish of
St- Clement Danes is the Father thereof he having had
carnal Knowl of her Body sometime in the Month of Septr-
last past but the particular Day she does not now rember
and at sevl- difft- times afterwds- at one of which times he
got her with Child of the Male Bastard Child of which
she was 10 Delivered as afsd- and that the said Andrew
Parry
< no role > and no other person did beget the same and that
he is the real & true Father thereof
