Examination TextSarah Whitehead aged twenty three Years on her Oath saith that She never was married nor bound an Apprentice, Kept House, rented a Tenement of Tenpounds by the Year, that Mary Whitehead her Mother who is now in the Workhouse of and in the Parish Saint Martin in the Fields, hath informed her and she verily believes to be true that She is the Illegitimate Issue of John Folkston, who is now deceased & that She was born in Legg Alley at the House of Mr Dudeney in the parish aforesaid. // Sworn this 1st Day of August 1786 Before John Collick // Sarah Whitehead her Mark // L A Wd // P
