Examination TextMary Egan aged thirty years on her Oath saith that She is the Widow of Thomas Egan who died thirteen Months ago and to whom She was married at the Parochial Church of Saint Martin in the Fields by Licence about Sixteen Years ago. That her said Husband lived in and rented a House in Off Alley, York Buildings in the aforesaid Parish of Saint Martin in the ffields, within the Liberty of Westminster and in the County of Middlesex for the Term of about four years at the yearly rent of Eighteen pounds besides Taxes, and died while in the Occupation of the said House and in which said House this Deponent now lives, that She hath two Children by her said Husband to wit James aged eleven Years and Francis aged six years, both at present with this Deponent. // Sworn the 13th Day of July 1786 Before Wm Hyde // Mary Egan her Mark // Jas born May 22d/75 // Fras.
