haveing formerly prferred his
Peticon to this Court Setting forth That he holes of these Hospitalls a
certaine Messuage or Tenemt. called the Goat Taverne
at Chareing Crosse
his Lease whereof Expired at Lady last and praying a new Lease
The Consideracon of the said Peticon was Referred to the Comittee of
this House And the said Comittee haveing Received the prmisses and
Considered of the said Peticon made an Ordr. thereon the third day
of Decembr. 1707 which was read to this Court in these words foll
Vizt Ordered That Mr Bennetts Lease of the Goat
Taverne att Chareing Crosse be Renewed and made to Expire at
the same time with the Leases of the houses adjoyneing
belonging to the Hospital of Bethlem
which will be for
Eighteene or Nineteen Yeares from the expiracon of the old
Lease undr. the Old Rent of 26 pounds p Annd & 100 pound
Fine And this Court doth Confirme the some accordingly

Surrendring his Lease
Also upon reading to this Court a Report from the Comtt,
of this House dated the 13th. instant in relacon to

who holdeth a House in Fleet Street
by Lease from this Hospital
which Report is in these Words Vizt. Itt is the Opinion of
this Comittee That it will be for the benefitt of this Hospital to
Discharge Mr. Monke of his Arreares of Rent upon his Surrendring
of his Lease of the house in Fleet Street
which will repire at Miths
1715 he being now a Prisoner in the Queens Bench & insolvent
This Court haveing duely weighed and Considered the sd. Rept
doth Confirme the same and Order that the said Monke
be accordingly charged of his Arreares of Rent due to this
Hospital upon Surrendring his Lease now in being

Acquainted this Comee. that they have not Sufft. Victualls &
little or noe worke only to goe on Errands for their Masters
Lodgers Itt is the Opinion of this Comittee that the said Atkins
be discharged this house This Court haveing duely weighed and
