that the Parish of St. Martins in the fields haveing by ord
of Two Justices of the peace removed the widdow and St
Children of One William Jarman< no role > who Served his Apprticesh [..]
in this Hospital out of the parish of St. Martins to the pish
of St. Margts. Westmr. being the place of his Birth which
Order was afterwards confirmed att the Quarter Sessions
upon the Appeal of the sd. parish of St. Margt Westmr. That
the sd. parish of St. Margt. & Destmr. have Since removed the
Same by Certiorari into the Court of Queens Bench and
intend to move this Terme to Quash the Sd Order and insist
that the sd. Wm. Jarman< no role > gaind a Settlemt. here by haveing
serv'ds his Apprenticeshipp in this Hospital and that therefore they
ought not to be charged with the maintenance of the Sd. Widdow
and Children It is Ordered That the Clerks do
retain St Simon Harcourt< no role > in the Matter on the behalfe of
this Hospital and acquaint this Court with the proceedings
therein
