The Humble Peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Botolph without
Aldersgate London.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Peass Warrant under
the Hands, Seals of your Lordship & Sir John Salter< no role > Knt . and
Alderman , Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
City of London & Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the Sixth instant George Newbolt< no role > , [..] by
the Name & addition of George Newbolt< no role > Sarah< no role > his Wife &
their two Children (vizt.) George< no role > aged three Years & a female
Child aged Six Weeks (not baptized) were removed from the
Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate London , unto the Parish
of St. Botolph without Aldersgate London, alledging the Said
Parish of St. Botolph without Aldersgate to be the Place of
their last legall Settlement.

That Your Petrs. conceiving themselves agrieved
by the said Warrant or Order, Do appeal to yor. Lordp &
Worps therefrom, And humbly pray yt. yor Lordp &
Worps will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses
And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the sd. Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate London
may appear before you, to hear & abide the Judgmt. &
Determinacon of yor Lordp & Worps touching this
Appeal.
