their Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Matthew Friday Street London

Sheweth

That by an Order, under the hands and Seals of Two of his Majesties Justices
of the peace in and for the said City of London and the Liberties thereof (One whereof being
of the Quorum) Dated the Tenth of May late One Ann Newbury< no role > Widow of John Newberry< no role >
and her two Children Elizabeth< no role > Aged Nine Years, and John< no role > Aged Six weeks, were
removed from the Parish of Saint Nicholas Coleabby in the said City of London to Your
Petitioners said Parish as the place of their last Legall Settemt.

That Your Petitioners humbly conceiving themselves agrieved by the Judgment
and Order of the said Two Justices, Appeal to this Honourable Court for Releif therein

Therefore humbly pray Your Lordship and
Worships Consideration therein, and to make such
Order and Judgment thereon, as to Your Honour
and Worships's Shall seem most meet,

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray
