To the Rt Worpll: his Majesties Justices of the Peace for Ye County
of Middlesex in their general quarter Sessions Assembled

The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
the poor of the parish of St Michael Bassingshaw in the City
of London

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Warrant or Pass Order under the hands and Seale of two
of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx bearing
date the Fourteenth Day of June Last [..] Elizabeth Greed< no role > with her two Children
Vizt George Greed< no role > aged Eight years and Elizabeth Greed< no role > aged Ten years was
removed from the parish of St. James Clerkenwell in the said County unto
the said parish of St Michael Bassingshaw London alloadging the said parish
to be the place of their last legal Settlement, That your petitioners
conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said Warrant pass order of
the said two Justices Do most humbly appeal to your Worpps therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray your Worpps
will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses and Order that
the Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St James Clerkenwell may appear before you and hear a [..]
abide the determination of your Worpps touching the Appeal

And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
