Gentleman Jointly make Oath & Say that these Deponents are
Employed on Board the Ship called the Kingston the one in the
Capacity of Purser and the other as Second Mate And there
Deponents Say that the said Ship is now Sailes from the Downs
to the Port destined for taking in her Lading and that these
Deponents are in great Danger of loosing their Voyage and the
Profits thereof by being detained merely upon a Recognizance
Entered into by these Deponents with sufficient Sureties for
these Deponents Appearance at the last Sessions at the Old
Baily to Answer a Complaint of one James Reill
