| Examination Text | Elizabeth Woollans aged 32 years in and of the Parish of St Martin in the Fields passed from the Parish of St Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the County of Middlesex upon her oath saith that she never was married, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mr George Smith one of the pages to his present Majesty in the Stable Yard within the Palace of St. James's in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields aforesaid the space of one whole year at the yearly wages of 4 pounds diet and lodging, quitted the same two years ago, that she never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since. Sworn the 23rd Day of January 1768 before Peter Planck. |
