Examination TextSarah Graves aged 23 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields passed as a vagrant from the Parish of St. James within the liberty of Westminster upon her oath saith that she never was married nor bound an apprentice, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mr Channel, a Taylor in Conduit Court in Long Acre in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields aforesaid for the space of 13 months at the yearly wages of 4 pounds diet and lodging, quitted the same about five years ago, that she never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired servant since. Sworn the 18th Day of December 1767 before Peter Planck.
