Examination TextMary Nicoldson aged 53 years destitute of lodging upon her oath saith that she is the widow of Samuel Nicoldson (who died about 18 months ago) to whom she was married Fleet about 14 years ago, that he was a Cordwainer by trade, that he was bound an apprentice by an indenture for seven years to Mr Ware a Cordwainer in Heath Cock Court in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields as her said husband hath informed this Examinant, and there served all his time out, but when the same expired she cannot tell, that he never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor was a yearly hired servant afterwards, nor hath she this Examinant since the death of her said husband. Sworn the sixth Day of October 1756 before Benjamin Cox.
