Examination TextDorothy Browne aged 74 years lodging at Mr Blowers in Tun Alley in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she is the wife of Richard Brown (now lodging in the rules of the Fleet) to whom she was married at St Martin's Church in the Parish aforesaid about 11 years ago, that her said husband lived in rented a house in that part of Little St Martin's Lane which is in the Parish aforesaid for the space of 13 years at the yearly rent of 30 pounds besides taxes, that her said husband hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes since he quitted the said house in Little Martin's Lane.
