Examination TextRichard Lisle aged 42 Years removed from St Andrew Holborn upon his Oath saith that he served Six Years is under and Indenture of Apprenticeship bearing Date the 31st Day of September 1763 with Mr Charles Salmon in Great Mays Buildings in the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields fframe Maker & Gildren when his said Master became Insolvent & gave this Examinant , up his Indenture is that he was not assigned all were to nor served any other Person , with his Master's privity or consent , nor had he kept House rented Ten Pounds by the Year paid any Rates been a Yearly hired Servant in any Place for Twelve Months together not done any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement , that he was married to his present Wife Ann at the Chapel of Ease belonging to the Parish of Saint Pancras in the 25th Day of June 1770 that she hath Two Children by his said wave to wit Isaac Born December 1st 1773 and Jacob born August 4th 1779 , near of two have been bound Apprentice not done any Act to gain a Settlement in their own right. Sworn this 30th Day of October 1792 before me John Collick Richd Lisle Vide 65. 377 the aboveJade Swore her Husband was Dead
