It is Ordered by this Court that William Holloway< no role >
Gentleman late High Constable of Kensington
Division within the Hundred of Ossulton in this
County Do attend his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for this County to be Assembled at the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for this
County by adjorn rent on Thursday the Fifth day
of July next at Eleven of the Clock in the forenoon
to answer for his Neglect in not receiving and
paying the several Sumes of money assessed upon
the Several Parishes and Places within the said
Division at the General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace holden for this County in the Week next
after Easter in the Several Years 1719.1720 & 1721,
for the Marshalsea Kings Bench and Hospitalls
Unto Nathaniel Chandler< no role > Gentleman the then
Treasurer of the same Pursuant to the Precept
of the said Nathaniel Chandler< no role > , And that the said
William Holloway< no role > Doe then deliver into Court
an Accompt in Writing of the Christian and
Surnames of such Churchwardens of any of
the said Parishes or Places within the said
Division as have been by him required to
Levy and Collect any such Moneys Assessed
as aforesaid upon any such Parishes or
Places respectively in all and every of the
Years above mentioned and have refused
or neglected to Collect and Pay over the
same to him the said William Holloway< no role >
Together with a particular Accompt of
the Sume of Money so by him required to be
Levyed and Collected by each Churchwarden
and in what Yeare,
