of Correction And also allow unto the Matron of the said
House of Correccon for the time being the Apartment therein
formerly allowed to the Matrons thereof And that in case the
said Peter Creswell< no role > shall be displaced and discharged from the
said Office or Employment of Governour or Keeper of the said
House of Correccon by Order of the Justices of the Peace for the
said County to be assembled in their Generall Quarter Sessions or the
Major part of them That then he the said Peter Creswell< no role > shall
forthwith peaceably deliver up and quitt the possession of the said
House of Correccon with the Appartenances and the Goods and
Utensills thereto beloning hereunder particularly menconed [..]
good plight and con [..] together with the Prisoners comitted to
his Custody as Governour or Keeper of the said House of
Correccon and then remaining undischarged in such manner
and to such Person or Persons as he shall be required to do
by any Order of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the Peace
for the said County And also that he the said Peter Creswell< no role >
do forthwith Enter into a Bond or Obligacon unto John
Milner William Cowper< no role > and Samuel Ryder< no role > Esquires Justices
of the Peace for this County in the Penall Sum of Five
Hundred Pounds with such Condicon as is above written and
also with Condicon that in Case the said Peter Creswell< no role >
shall Continue Keeper of the said House of Correction to
the time of his Death That then the Execrs. or Admrs. of
the said Peter Creswell< no role > shall forthwith deliver upp the
aforesaid Goods and Utensills belonging to the said House
of Correccon hereunder particularly menconed in good
plight and Condiccon together with the Prisoners which
were comitted to the Custody of the said Peter Creswell< no role > as
Governour or Keeper of the said House of Correction
and shall be then undischarged in such manner
and to such Person or Persons as they shall be required
to do by any Order of Generall or Quarter Sessions of
the Peace for the said County.
