Examination TextJohn Felton aged 69 years lodging at Mrs Bowen's in Half Moon Street in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon his oath saith that he is a Glover by trade and was bound an apprentice by an indenture for seven years to Mr Andrews a Glover in Charles Court in the Strand in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields and there served about five years and an half and then ran away from his said Master, which was in the year 1712, that he never kept house rented 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes since, that he married his wife Margaret at the ffleet about 11 years ago. Sworn the first Day of February 1757 before Thomas Kynaston.
