| Examination Text | Stephen Barrow aged 65 years destitute of lodging upon his oath saith that he was an apprentice by an indenture for five years to Adrian Barnard a Peruke Maker in Bedfordbury in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields and there served all his time out which expired about 44 years ago, that he never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor was a yearly hired servant since. Sworn the 10th day of March 1757 before Benjamin Cox. |
